Beats 360 enters the market with the claim of being "Beats' best ever," an assertion that, combined with high scores from critics, paints an impressive picture. However, behind this gleaming facade, you'll find significant cracks in its real-world performance and sound balance. While the "360" in its name promises an all-encompassing perfect experience, it doesn't quite deliver on that promise; it oscillates within a paradox.

Sound quality once again highlights Beats' signature bass-heavy profile, but this time the balance is severely off. The bass is so dominant in the tracks you listen to that mids and vocals are practically drowned out, with the subtle details and acoustic nuances of instruments vanishing. This creates a major disappointment, especially for music lovers seeking balanced and clear audio. Although noise cancellation is touted as "Beats' best," it falls far short of the veritable cocoon of silence offered by industry rivals like Sony WH-1000XM5 or Bose QuietComfort Ultra. While it can reduce office noise to a whisper, it can't fully isolate more intense ambient sounds like those on a subway, only managing to soften background noise.

On the other hand, the comfort Beats 360 offers is truly commendable. Thanks to the soft ear cushions and ergonomic headband, it's so comfortable that you'll forget you're wearing it even during extended use. This is a significant advantage, especially for those who wear headphones all day. Voice call performance also exceeds expectations; the microphone quality ensures your voice is transmitted very clearly to the other party, which is a major plus for anyone making frequent phone calls or attending online meetings. Unfortunately, these positive aspects are overshadowed by connectivity instability; frequent disconnections and difficulties switching between devices don't deliver the seamless integration expected from the Apple ecosystem and negatively impact the overall user experience.

Material quality, however, doesn't live up to its price tag. Creaks from the plastic components and an overall "cheap" feel fall short of premium product expectations. This also raises questions about its durability. Battery life also falls below what's promised, barely reaching five hours with intensive use, and charging time is longer compared to its rivals. However, in this price range, if you're looking for balanced sound, superior noise cancellation, and a flawless experience, there are much stronger and more worthwhile alternatives on the market.
